Privacy Policy

The website storyorm.com is operated by Story Icon TLV (“we”), an agency for branding, digital marketing, paid campaigns and AI systems. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, why, and what your rights are. Using the site constitutes acceptance of this policy.

1. What information we collect

• Google sign-in: Access to the client area on the site is via Google sign-in. When you sign in, we receive from Google only your full name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive access to your password, mailbox, contacts or any other content in your Google account.
• Approval status: Alongside your account details we store your access status (pending approval or approved), because the site is open to clients and team only.
• Inquiries and forms: When you submit a contact form or a quote request, the details you enter (name, contact details and the content of your message) are stored in our internal client-management system so we can respond.
• Usage data: For signed-in, approved users only, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, visit duration and the like). Visitors who are not signed in are not measured by any analytics tool.

2. Cookies

• Sign-in cookie (sg_tok): A session cookie needed to identify your sign-in. It is deleted automatically when you close the browser.
• Local sign-in data: The sign-in library stores access tokens in your browser’s local storage in order to keep you signed in.
• Google measurement cookies: Loaded only after an approved sign-in, for statistical purposes as described above.

3. Where the data is stored and who processes it

The data is stored with well-known service providers we use to run the site:

• Supabase - sign-in management and the database of user profiles and inquiries.
• Google - the sign-in service (OAuth) and the analytics tool.
• Newfold / BlueHost - site hosting.
• Cloudflare - infrastructure for some of the site’s services.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal information to third parties for the marketing purposes of others.

4. Why we use the information

• Verifying identity and granting access to the client area.
• Responding to inquiries and providing service to clients.
• Improving the site and the services based on general usage data.
• Meeting legal requirements.

5. Data security

Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the databases is restricted by permissions, and new users are approved manually by our team only. No system is completely immune, but we act in line with accepted procedures to reduce the risk.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may request to review the information stored about you, correct it or delete it, and you may revoke the site’s access to your Google account at any time through Google’s security settings. 7. Minors

The site and its services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page, and the last-updated date appears at the top.
